  1. Accountable/Outcome orientation: Independently responsible for search on leadership mandates. Drives search strategy on relevant industry, market, organizations to find the best talent pool for our clients

  2. Communication/Presentation: Develop talent maps, industry/company white papers, Deliver findings via presentations to internal and external stakeholders; Presents to leadership of global and Indian companies

  3.  Search: Build a strong candidate pipeline for leadership (CEO/CXO) searches

  4. Agility: Fulfills time-sensitive projects and exceeds customer expectation

  5. Learning: Must be intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop generalist knowledge. We look for people who are constantly in learning, improving mode.

Who can apply :

  • An early to mid-management executive with 1-2 years of experience in research, executive search, B2B sales, advisory, or in any related field

  • Worked in business services domain. You should have project management and client engagement experience.

  • Intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop “generalist” knowledge

  • Possess outstanding (English) communications skills, including writing, and oral communication. Strong on Business Communication

  • Bring excellent capabilities in the use of spreadsheet, presentations and document tools

  • Aspiration to constantly learn and improve

  • M.Sc. in economics, statistics, mathematics, OR an undergrad in these subjects followed by an MBA

  • Undergrads looking for two years of work experience before persuing higher education may also apply
